Such evidence should be both corroborative and contradictory. A robustly executed risk-based audit will apply an appropriate variety of audit tools to provide an effective audit approach. The focus of this course is on the various challenges and opportunities that CAE’s, team managers and team leaders face and shows how audit leaders can make a contribution to the entity, clearly adding value and also how to enhance productivity in the audit process. This course will provide a clear, practical and interactive approach to help participants improve their awareness and skills and help them become a better internal audit leader who delivers impactful and insightful internal audit work that can make a strategic difference to their organization. Learning Objectives: - Communicate with senior leaders with greater confidence.
