Course Objectives

• Conflict in life and work is inevitable.The skills to resolve conflict extend beyond social circles, affecting the workplace and illuminating lessons yet to be learned.
• The objective of this session is to empower learners by sharingconflict management theories and practical examples. Whilst learning - we will be having fun and learners will even be exposed to “laugher therapy”, as a powerful way to counteract conflict.
• A combination of assessments, class exercises and short will be used to issue a certificate at the end of the session to verify understanding and knowledge transfer.
